Case study
A live iOS skin analysis companion that connects VISIA scans, longitudinal comparison, clinician plans, and clinic access.

Skingevity gives patients a private, understandable view of their clinic skin scans and care plan. The iOS app synchronizes VISIA analysis, presents feature imagery and trends, supports scan comparison, carries the clinician treatment plan into the patient experience, and connects users back to participating clinics. AIEngine built the SwiftUI client, the Supabase data layer, and the direct clinic integration needed to move VISIA captures into the patient experience. The app is live on the App Store and designed so clinical output becomes a continuing record, not a one-time consultation screen.
Wrinkles, spots, pores, texture, UV spots, brown spots, red areas, and porphyrins are presented as understandable scored views.
Metric histories and scan dates turn treatment progress into a longitudinal record across clinic visits.
Patients can compare two captures on the same facial angle and inspect the feature imagery behind each score.
Clinician-authored milestones, notes, due states, and booking actions remain available after the consultation.
Participating clinics, locations, treatment information, and booking pathways connect insight to a practical next step.
Supabase row-level policies and clinic-aware access boundaries protect scan imagery and treatment records.

Patients received a dense scan during a consultation but had no durable way to understand the metrics, compare progress, or follow the plan afterward.
The native patient app connects clinic imaging to metric explanations, progress history, and an actionable care plan.
