The site
These terms cover the public pages, articles, daily briefings, case studies, and the contact form on zharf.ai. Case studies describe shipped work. They are not a warranty that the same system will fit another organization.
No invented promises
Pilot scope, data, review points, and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before implementation. The public chat assistant is a demonstration, not a production system for your data.
Your content
Do not submit unlawful material, secrets, or someone else’s personal data through the form or chat. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send.
